having trouble with computer, can you help?
many times i will type in web sites like recipes, news, myspace,facebook, and others and it will come up something different like an add page that says redirect, so i click that back arrow but it won't take me back or even get me off that page unless, i click the red x and just go off, then have to redo it on yahoo or google again. i've tried 3 different anti virus', i have blockers and firewall and all that, and all shows to be good. i also checked my spellings and they were right so that's not the problem either, i even cleaned my disc's and defragged and all that, plus checked with my internet provider, they said their side was good. i am on High Speed Dsl with windstream phone comp. also lately my computer has been slower and freezing up on pages , and it is a new computer i just had it for 4 months, bought it new. it is a HP computer. it may be something major or it may be something simple to fix but i have not figured it out yet can you help.
