Could I Get free internet ilegally with my modems, SB5101, SBV5220, or 2203c?

I Have Had Time warner Road Runner But I Turned it off. and when i did they said we cant turn off your internet untill you bring us the modem back. so i was wondering if i got my own will it load up and im able to get internet for free? one of my modem loads up but it keep saying Dns Error. and the other Two Load up then start Blinking. What can i do, please Help

Yes and No. You can but you will get caught. It is a pain in the butt to set it up and I won't tell you how. The cable modems let the isp know that they are there. Internet is a two way communication. They will catch you easily and you can go to jail for it. The easiest way is to see if someone has unsecured wireless around your area.
